Brief History Of Shirdi Sai baba
The Shirdi Sai Baba Society of Malaysia was informally founded in 1989 and was reorganised and registered as a legal entity in 2009. Initially it was a small group of 9 people meeting once or twice in a month.
Today it has grown to be a global organisation and named as World Shirdi Sai Baba Organisation (UK), registered in 2010 as a charitable organisation in London, UK.
Our mission is to build a global network and promote PEACE, HARMONY and UNITY of HUMANKIND through universal teachings and truths of all traditions and cultures of the world.
It is our legendary culture to help and serve the less fortunate ones in whatever capacity we can. We are a charitable organisation dedicated to make a difference in the lives of those who need assistance the most.
This organisation relies on public donations to help fund our various programmes which benefit the public. Our Teacher is a universal mystic master – Shirdi Sai Baba who left his physical body in 1918 in Shirdi, India.
We started our journey at our building at 2574, which equals to 9 (nine) if you add up all the numbers.
Informally we started in the year 1989, again if you add up all the numbers it becomes 9 (nine)
Initially there were 9 (nine) members use to gather for morning tea, having a relaxed informal talk about mystics and mystism, which led us to the great mystic master Shirdi Sai Baba of India.
Then we moved to Kuala Lumpur at building number 27, Jalan Ampang. Again, when we add 2 + 7 it becomes 9 ( nine )
Currently our head quarteres is located at Lot 126, Section 9, Kuala Lumpur. If you add-up all the digits it becomes 9. Nine is the mystic number which represent humanitarianism, charity, love, compassion and creativity.

To contribute towards the promotion and improvement of EDUCATION, HEALTH AND ARTS & CULTURE AT THE LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.
To inspire HOPE, COURAGE AND ENTHUSIASM among children, youths and adults globally.
To build a global network and PROMOTE PEACE, HARMONY AND UNITY OF HUMANKIND through universal teachings and truths of all traditions and cultures of the world.
To provide quality leadership training and learning experiences to help build a balanced development of PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL needs in today’s children, youths and adults.
To identify existing and establish new youth groups to support and provide them with trainings in core life – skills (eg. LEADERSHIP, TEAMWORK AND CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS)
