Shirdi Sai Centre Klang (HQ) is committed to providing transparency regarding donations, services, and bookings made by devotees. The Centre operates primarily on charitable donations and contributions, and as such, refunds are handled carefully according to the guidelines outlined below.
All donations made to the Centre, whether in cash, cheque, or online, are considered voluntary and are non-refundable. Devotees are encouraged to double-check their donation details before finalizing the transaction, especially for online donations.
If a devotee wishes to cancel a booking for an event, such as a wedding, puja, or other ceremonies, a refund request must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled date of the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administrative fee from the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Centre:In the unlikely event that the Centre must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Centre closure, emergencies), a full refund will be provided to the devotee. The Centre will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by the devotee in relation to the canceled event.
If a devotee has booked a special puja, abhishegam, or other religious offerings, and wishes to cancel or modify the booking, the following guidelines apply:
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a refund after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled puja are non-refundable, as preparations will have already commenced.
Modifications to the date or type of offering are allowed, subject to availability, but must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
Refunds can only be processed in person at the Centre. Any refund requests, including those related to Archanai bookings, hall reservations, ubayam, or other services, must be handled directly at the Centre's counter. The system does not support online refund processing, ensuring that all refunds are securely and accurately managed within the centre premises.
